How do I test the System by calling a few test numbers?

There is a list called TestSystem made especially for testing. Use this list to install all the test numbers you wish to call. This list can also be called over and over again. To locate the TestSystem list for phone number installation, simply click the yellow phrase, Edit Calling List. Using the drop down arrow located beside the Call List Name box at the top select TestSystem list. Install the test numbers and start the calling session the same way as any other list such as the MainCall list. Follow the phone number installation instructions as well as the start a calling session instruction on how to call the list. The PR2000 will automatically play the MainCallMsg that is recorded when the TestSystem list if called.

How does Birthday and Anniversary calling work?

Using the MainCallList for your large list of everyone to be called, install the birthday and anniversary for each record using the following format: 12/06/00. I recommend using a standard year for every ones dates so that no one will know how old someone is for privacy reasons. Once all the birthdays and anniversaries are installed in the MainCallList follow the instructions labeled "How to Start The Calling Session" using the subheading "How to set the Timer to Start and Stop the Calling Session on a Specific Date." NOTE: While in the instructions on "How to set the timer to start and stop the calling session on a specific date", select REOCCURING. In the Period box below the clocks select "weekly" as well as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, NOT Sunday. Sunday's are call Saturday.

How do I call a list of phone numbers over and over again on the same day?

Select the yellow phrase labeled "Call Control Script Parameters". Using the drop down menu in the top left side of the window in the light blue strip under the heading "Specify Call Control Script Name:", select the proper Call Control Script to be edited. Then, on the bottom of the window the screen will talk about Term Code Aging. This setting will need to be set to zero if this call control script will be able to be called over and over on the same day.

How do I set up the PR2000 so that the calling session start where it left off each time the System is restarted either on the same day or a different day?

Select the yellow phrase labeled "Call Control Script Parameters". Using the drop down menu in the top left side of the window in the light blue strip under the heading "Specify Call Control Script Name:" select the proper Call Control Script to be edited. Then, on the bottom of the window the screen will talk about Term Code Aging. The Term Code Aging number stands for the number of days you would like the PR2000 to start calling where it left off. For example: If the term code aging number was set to 6 the System would start calling where it left off for 6 days. But on the 7th day the System would start at the beginning of the call list. If the Term Code Aging is set to negative one the System always start where it left of until the entire list is completed.
NOTE: Do not delete the call sessions pertaining to your list that is being started where it left off using the yellow phrase named File Wizard until the calling list is completely finished. The Termination Codes are saved in these call sessions. If they are deleted the System will not know where it left off.

How do I create small sub-lists out of a large list?
