Each Telephone List is capable of being used to develop an infinite number of Sub-Telephone Lists. (Example: Main List, Entire Church List, Sub-Telephone List Created from Main List, Youth Group, Choir, Shut-in Ministry, Elder, etc).

~The SIZE of each Telephone List is realistically UNLIMITED.

~All Telephone Lists are capable of retaining the following information on every person: Name, Address, Phone #, Birth Date, Anniversary, Every Ministry with Which the Family is involved.

1) The most accurate and quality phone list of every home and business in the entire 50 states is provided with the PR FAMILY 2000 so that a multitude of different community calling lists can be custom designed for outbound calling as well as mailing lists.
2) The name, address and phone number are provided for almost every home and business located anywhere within the United States.

~Responses are digitally recorded and condensed for quick, personal follow-up.
1) A response many times will incur silence at the beginning and the end. All of this silence is automatically erased.
2) Complete information including name, address and phone number appears automatically on the full-color screen with each response.
3) Receive hard-copy positive response call session results with a printer that includes name, address, phone number and space to write the actual response as they are retrieved.
4) For your convenience and privacy, stereo speakers are provided to retrieve call session responses as well as monitor outgoing calls.

~An unlimited amount of call sessions can be programmed in advance for any future date: Re-occurring call sessions, such as the weekly Saturday church call, can be programmed on time to start automatically at the same day and time, each week thereafter, with no need of your time or attention.

~Call Session Reports are generated automatically upon completion of a call session. Every conceivable piece of information about a calling session can be retrieved via the following three reports:
1) Call-Session Summary: Summarizes exactly what happened on each of the four telephone lines giving the statistical totals of the call session. A few of the statistical totals include total number of answering messages, busies, completes, no answers, operator intercepts, positive responses, etc.
2) Call Session Detail: Lists a detailed description for every completed call.
3) Call List Report: Lists the entire telephone call list including all information concerning each person, such as their birth date, etc.
